Chesapeake Bay Foods is a holding company that owns two Baltimore based food manufacturers, Chesapeake Bay Snacks, LLC and Jeppi, LLC.

Chesapeake Bay Snacks was founded in 2020 with its acquisition of the Koldkiss brand, and we now own and manufacture the Koldkiss, Popped! Republic, Süss, and Joseph’s Sugar Free Syrup brands.

We acquired the Jeppi Nut & Candy Co. in 2025. Jeppi is a food distribution company focused on nuts and seeds, popped popcorn, dried fruit, candy, and concession supplies, and also roasts nuts in-house.

In 2023, we launched a co-packing and co-manufacturing initiative with current capabilities in the syrups, sauces, and popcorn segments.
